At Uplift, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Store Credit If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue store credit for the value of the item. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue full store credit — whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and gift items are non-returnable.
No Cash Refunds All refunds are issued as store credit. We do not offer cash or card refunds.
